1) Information We Collect

• Name and Email Address — used to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide essential service notifications. We do not sell, rent, or publicly display your personal information.

2) Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app. Go to Profile > Edit Profile and tap the trash bin icon at the top to permanently delete your account. Deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, all personal data and uploaded content (including contest photos) are removed from our active systems.

3) Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect anonymized usage data. For details, see

4) Photo Contests

Users may upload photos to participate in contests. Photos are reviewed by an administrator before public display. Approved photos may be viewed and voted on by users. At the end of each contest, the three photos with the highest valid vote counts are selected as winners. We do not use user photos for advertising or external purposes without explicit consent.

5) Access to Educational Materials

Some users may have access to educational materials linked to their Bahare account. These materials are available for viewing within the App based on the user’s existing access on our website. The App does not include purchase or payment functionality.

6) Educational Articles and Blog Content

The App includes an educational blog section featuring photography tutorials, tips, and learning materials. All articles, images, and instructional content are created and owned by Bahare. Users can view these materials inside the App; they cannot post, comment, or upload blog content. The information is provided for educational purposes only and is not professional advice.

7) Permissions

• Camera — to capture and upload photos for contests.
• Photo Library — to select and upload existing images.
We do not access or store other device data without your consent.

8) Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of a child’s information.

10) Data Retention & Backups

When you delete your account, active records are removed immediately. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days for disaster recovery, after which they are purged automatically and are not used for operational purposes.

11) Your Data Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting support. Verified requests are answered within 30 days.

12) International Data Transfers

Our service providers (e.g., Google Firebase) may process data on servers located outside your country. We apply safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest.

13) Notifications & Analytics Controls

You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time. Where available, you may opt out of analytics/crash reports within the App settings; otherwise, only anonymized usage data is collected for quality and safety.

14) Security Incidents

If a data incident occurs, we will investigate and notify affected users and/or authorities when required by applicable law.

15) Third-Party Links

The App and website may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

16) Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bahare App and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Use of the App

Bahare provides access to photography contests, educational materials, and an in-app blog with tutorials. You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

2) User Accounts

Some features require registration using your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the App or violate these Terms.

3) User Content (Photo Contests)

When you upload photos, you retain ownership. You grant Bahare a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content within the App solely for contest purposes. This license ends when the content is removed or your account is deleted, excluding temporary caches and lawful backups.

4) Contests and Rewards

The contests in this App are skill-based photo competitions. Participants upload their photos, and users vote for the photos they believe demonstrate the highest quality or skill. Winners are determined based on valid vote counts and merit criteria, not chance. No element of randomness, lottery, or sweepstakes is involved.

All contests are organized, sponsored, and administered solely by Bahare. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, does not endorse, and is not involved in any way with these contests or their rewards. Apple Inc. is not responsible for contest administration, vote validation, winner selection, or prize distribution. All questions or complaints regarding the contests must be directed exclusively to the developer, not to Apple.

5) Access to Educational Materials

If you already have access to courses through our website, you may view them in the App. The App does not provide payment processing or direct content sales.

6) Blog and Educational Content

All blog articles, tutorials, and educational materials within the App are the exclusive property of Bahare. You may read and learn from this content but may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute it without prior written consent.

7) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and design elements within the App are owned by Bahare and protected under applicable laws.

8) Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iran, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be the competent courts of Tehran unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

11) User-Generated Content Rules

Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, exploitative of minors, or infringes intellectual property rights. Violations may lead to removal and account actions.

12) Content Takedown & Reporting

We respond to valid abuse or copyright reports. To request removal, email support with sufficient detail. We may remove or disable access to content at our discretion.

13) Vote Integrity & Anti-Fraud

Votes obtained via bots, automated scripts, fake or duplicate accounts, VPN farms, or any manipulation are void and may lead to disqualification and account actions.

14) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and to participate in contests. Winners may be required to verify identity within 7 days to claim prizes. Unclaimed prizes may be reassigned.

15) Third-Party Services & Links

The App may reference third-party services or include links. We do not control and are not responsible for those services or their terms and policies.

16) Apple Disclaimer

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the contest or sweepstakes, its administration, or the fulfillment of any rewards. Apple is not a sponsor of, does not endorse, and is not involved in any way with the contests, sweepstakes, or rewards offered in this App.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content inside the App—including logos, graphics, UI elements, blog articles, tutorials, and educational materials—is the exclusive property of Bahare, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Photos

You retain ownership of photos submitted to contests. By submitting, you grant Bahare a limited license to display those photos in the App for contest purposes only. We do not use user photos outside the App without explicit consent.
